The Locals HINTS AND HAULS THREAD

I guess it's better to send someone a beer they want and have never had, but people (at least in this BIF) SHOULD have their wants up to date. So if it is a want, send it to them. I have beers marked as wants that I both have in my cellar and/or have had at one time because I can't get enough of them (bb pt5th, I'm looking at you).

Short answer: If it's on their wants list, send it to them. At least that's how I treat these things.

 

Let me clear this up:

1. If it is a want on anybody's list it is fair game. It is the individual's responsibility to take 15 minutes and make sure that the wants are accurate. If it is a want and had, like Lehighace said, it should be considered a permawant.
2. If anyone disagrees with one they will have to answer to @Mikexw 's avatar.

If you have it on a want then it is coming your way. You have been warned.

That's pretty damn on point. The only thing I'll add in my case is that if it's a Want then a Had it's either a perma-want or a "I'll beer it forward to someone locally" so I'm not getting upset even if it's something I didn't like. For one, it's my fault for not removing it from my wants, and for two besides I could use some out-of-distro ammo for IP trades anyway.

 

Hint #1-----Shipping North
Hint #2----My target's trades completed are more than my own. Also, I'll be shipping out next week.

Hint #3---Shipping to a state with a reciprocal agreement (reciprocity)

 

Down to 18 but think I missed a chunk of hints. Will need to go back and look.

 

So I went through and removed like 20 out of date wants... and then managed to add 60 more. I'm officially over 400 wants.

 

With the exception of states that border MA, I know everybody has at least 1 potential sender they have not crossed off, @Poorpatz hasn't dropped any hints yet. I hope you're alright dude, but we need some clues so I can know if you can be eliminated.

I'm down to 11 potential senders at this point I believe, have a few that I'm learning towards though.

 

I rarely look at "hads" in a BIF. Hasn't seemed to be a problem for me, really.

 

Shouldn't you be studying instead of websurfing?

Just came in, unfortunately had a fallen soldier as well. My heart sank when I came home to see a half crushed in box, and a trail of beer leading away from the box.

Hint #1: Shipping to a state that is smaller than mine in both land mass and population
Hint #2: The last three straight BIF boxes that I have shipped out have all gone to the same state. This BIF will break that streak.

 

Haha, yeah I was happy the lunch made it through the gauntlet I am sure this box endured. one side of it had literally been more then halfway crushed in, the bottom was about to fall out. Scary part is, was a 200lb burst limit doublewall box. Had to of been something big and heavy sat down on top of it.
