Dudes Brewing Company was taken.....damn.....would of said that but just looked it up.

How about Beefy Brewing company focusing on heavy duty big ales and stouts.
Just think...Beefcake stout, Meaty, Beefy, Big, and Bouncy barely wine, or McBeef Scotch ale?

REDHORSE Forge and Brewery, of coarse it would have a blacksmith shop for making openers out back too. REDHORSE comes from an Air Force unit I was in. Or J.R.'s WhAle House or maybe House of Whales.

I would have it in the farm town I grew up in of Carleton, MI(30 miles SW of Detroit) and call it Cross Tracks Brewing Co. The town was formed due to two sets of railroad tracks that cross each other. I would work with local farmers for the food menu and offer nothing but fresh food.

What would draw the quickest response though? Buckweiser- or any play on that word.
