Not sure, only got one of them (because they're expensive). I'm hoping age is good to it. It's the Cognac version so I have high hopes.

Here's my cellar on Saturday after the following unfortunate conversation I had with my wife:
"We need that closet space. Get your beer out of it."
    "OK."

(So of course I spent a good chunk of the afternoon finding them a new home. In another closet.)

This isn't anywhere near the level of some of you guys, but I promised myself that I'd never keep more than 50 bottles at any given time. Picked up a new wine fridge this weekend to keep them at the proper temps. Between this and whats in the kitchen fridge, I have 48 bottles with a big BIF package still to come this week.

I feel your pain. I've heard the same from my wife, except it goes more like, "that beer that your brewing is smelling up our clothes! Get it out of there!". Yes ma'am.

Just bought a freezer and getting ready to do the same thing. Couple of questions, if you don't mind...

    1. Is your freezer frost-free? (Mine will not be.)
    2. Do you have any issues with moisture/humidity? What do you do to combat?

Would love any feedback. Will post my pic when complete.

    Here we go...

    The old setup:

    With some in the fridge:

and some in the garage fridge:

Not a lot to see. Now, here is the new "vessel" (21.5 cf freezer + external temp control unit):

    The fallout after the transition:

And the new and improved setup:

A few close ups with a crappy iPhone 4 - 5mp camera...but you get the idea:

I love the SUPER goodie drawer in the bottom...:grinning:

A lot of work this weekend, but sooooo sweet. Hard to see some of the ones in the back (like the DL vertical, or the Arctic Devils) and I used whatever six pack carriers I had (many non-matching), but you can check my cellar list on my profile to peruse.

    Enjoy...I know I will!

Careful with laying those bottles down like that. I laid a few down and the bottle conditioned ones will push the corks out.
