Past their prime IPAs collecting dust on local shelves, i.e. Green Flash.

 

Gotcha. Yeah I'm sure that happens more than it should... I should probably start checking born/bottled/good before dates more often. Still love good fresh Green Flash though

As a can *****, do you think we'll get Sculpin cans?

 

I hope so, I much prefer it canned.

 

I'm assuming we'll get draft accounts too?.. that could make for some very long decision making at bars with Blind Pig and Sculpin on tap.. the GF's gonna hate me.

Yes, bottles. I couldn't find a date on the bottles, but apparently they date their beers according to some websites I looked at. So I'm a little confused by that.

Yeah, I don't see a date on these bottles anywhere.

Just cracked one open though and it's delicious and very fresh.

 

Ballast Point at any stores around Parker?

 

They put the date on the cases. Looks like the case date on this drop is 9/22, pretty fresh.

 

Bought some Sculpin after having had it several times in Vegas over the last year or two. IMO, it's a prime example of the "there are no good IPA's from Colorado" misnomer. I can think of at least 6 IPA's from here that are every bit as good. Make no mistake, it's a great beer, but it's not anything crazy. I'm convinced people that move here from other regions just want what they can't buy on the shelf. The joys of having arguably the best distro on the nation.
