OK -- back to hints (sort of) -- if people have been paying attention, there aren't many of you left who could be my target.
But to go along with my 8 prior hints, here are 8 new hints...

Hint #1 - shipping to a state that borders water
Hint #2 - shipping to a state that does not begin with a vowel
Hint #3 - my target's state is not the name of a Monopoly property
Hint #4 - while there are two senders in this BIF who share a first name with their target, I am not one of them.
Hint #5 - my target either participated in both of the prior two rounds of the Locals, or participated in neither
Hint #6 - my target is the only participant in this round from his state
Hint #7 - my target is the only person in this BIF with his first name
Hint #8 - I get the impression my target might have already eliminated me as his sender, but I checked my clues and he should not have done so

new clues start here -- and are SUPPOSED to be in blue but for some reason aren't...

Hint #9 - my target joined Beer Advocate the same year that I did
Hint #10 - my target has at least one beer on his wants that is also on his hads
Hint #11 - since I will probably hit somewhere between 10 and 15 of my target's wants, I will probably skip the one referenced in the hint immediately above this one
Hint #12 - my target has at least two beers on his wants that are also on his gots
    Hint #13 - see hint #11
Hint #14 - my target will be getting at least 8 different styles
Hint #15 - my target seems to like a lot of styles, but specified a couple he doesn't want. He might get at least one of those, but he should be OK with it since it is in the top 10 on the BA top 250 beers. He'll only get it if he likes this post though.
Hint #16 - my target might also get a bonus beer that isn't on his wants, but is one of the highest rated beers on his hads

Better to ship glassware from a brewery directly or in a box with beer and pray?

I would think if you pad the heck out of it with bubble wrap etc, that should work. But if you are ordering it anyway and having it shipped to you, I'd definitely cut out the middleman.

I like to ship glassware in a separate, small and lightweight box with other schwag. Throwing it in a box with beer makes me nervous.

Damn, #3 had me cut out PA altogether as I read it as having a reciprocity agreement with KY, not just having one at all.

I wanted to hear more about the KBBS  I have been lucky enough to attend GABF. My only beef is the 1 Oz pour it's not even enough for a mouthful. For me I really enjoyed EBF less crowded, more generous pours and beer selection is awesome.

This. If you're paying shipping anyway, why add a step? If you're picking it up in person then it depends on how much shipping would cost to get it direct to your target, vs how much the packing materials, larger box, and cost of shipping will add up to. My guess is it'll be $3-ish more to ship direct, so is it worth the $3 to you to save the time, effort, and risk of breakage.

What 'reciprocity agreement' are we talking about here???

Sometime you need to stop by Dr Bill's bottle share on Saturday evening during the evening session (though mostly its Dr Bill sharing bottles). Highlights this year were Upland Dark Synth and Dantillion; a ridiculous amount of Cascade stuff (including Foudre 1, Bourbonic Plague 2011, Blackcap Raspberry, Elderberry, and Sang Noir); de Garde Connak Amber, Imperial Hop Bu, and Currant Gin Bu; Evil Twin Double Barrel Jesus; FW Tequila PNC; Stone 9 (was interesting, but definitely old by now), HotD Bourbon Fred, Cigar City Cafe Americano, Russian River Damnation 23, and Prairie Bomb. All for a $40 donation (basically covers the space, cleanup, and some of the bottles purchased at Falling Rock. Heard about it from a friend of mine last year and we both attended and made sure to power through and make it again this year.

The only reciprocity agreement I know of means that if you live in one state (say Kentucky) and work in a state you have a reciprocity agreement with (say Michigan) you don't have to pay Pennsylvania income tax and will pay your normal Kentucky income tax instead of going through the complicated crap that I have to do because I normally work in 3-4 states during a year. Typically its for states that border you so people don't have to jump through a lot of hoops if they work and live on different sides of the state border.

Pennsylvania does have one of these agreements, though not with Kentucky.

Yeah, there are also similar ones with State Universities (ie, I think Minnesota and Wisconsin might have one, and I think there is something in the DC-Virginia-Maryland area).

Once this is all over we can protest the hint :-) .

Haha.. Gotcha... the 1 oz pour depend on the booth you're at... if you keep going back to the booth over and over, eventually you can get 3-4 oz. pours.... the KBBS, hmm... it was a very nice blend of bourbon, coffee, chocolate, and molasses.... it was excellent... did it blow my mind compared to more readily avaialable BA coffee stouts (i.e. - BCBCS)... No it did not... it was great, and I'm lucky to have tried it... but I would NEVER give up what some people are giving up to trade for it...

Virginia and Maryland definitely do with each other. DC effectively has a reciprocity agreement with every state (which makes sense when you think about it).

Have most people got their sender ID'd at this point? I seem to still have at least 10 possibilities.
