A week apart = wallet brutalization. Guess I'll take that overtime shift afterall

Still mum on Black Eye though... really curious to see what the deal is on this one.

Same here. Not a big fan of pumpkin beers. I'll go to the Pump(KY)n release and grab a few bottles since it's new. I still have a bunch of Rumpkin since I won a six pack in the raffle they did at the release after buying the bottles I already planned on.

Any news on what is coming next from their barrel program after those releases? Besides BBA Tweak.

I love me some pumpkin beers so I am definitely excited for late September to get Pump(KY)n and Rumpkin back-to-back.

As far as the next barrel releases go, I seem to remember an Avery rep saying there would be a pretty big lull waiting for things to come ready. It was pure coincidence and fortunate timing that so many releases came this summer.

Plus with them moving in a few months I'm sure they're weary to announce any upcoming releases. It's a short move down the street but those sour pellicles will not be happy sloshing around. It may even ruin a few barrels, heaven forbid. Maybe BA Tweak will be the last we see for short while, IF it comes to fruition.

Can 5 Monks still be found in Denver at all?

I believe I saw some last week at a store I frequent... but the GABF crowds may have bought it all up...

Forgot about that. Oh well, still have a couple of weeks before driving up.

Like Kramerbarthom said it was last week at a few stores. Some places might still have it though

Is there a release date for Tweak yet? I heard someone in the WTF line say November 2nd. Any truth to that or was it a wild guess? That's the one release I've been waiting on for literally about 4 years.

Adam said November for sure @ the Denver Rare Beer Tasting but I forget exactly what date.

@shnsajax Colorado Liquor Mart still had some as of last night. Also, Mayfair would be a good spot to check.

November 16th is the next one. Yep, you'll wanna be there or not, I don't care.

    That is all.

That Vanilla Bean BA Tweak will Cacao Nibs yesterday night be the best thing I've ever had in that tap room.

Going out in style. Hope they have another keg for the 16th.

Seriously. I was talking with some other BA's and everyone agreed that if they bottled that and released it somewhere in the midwest hype train, you could probably trade it for whatever you want. It was soooooo delicious. I regret not having more.

Personally I was surprised to see there wasn't more conversation on the boards about it. I'm very impressed with Antonius - the Madeira barrel character brings something unique that sets it apart from Rufus and Obscuro. For me, it's up there with Optunia as their best 2014 sour.

Any word on Tweak's bottle count?

I wish they would also release a super small batch of the vanilla bean tweak for the first 100 people in line.
