Any input on best places to create own 6 pack or cases in craft beer in Pburgh area? When I say best I mean best bang for your buck. Hard to find / highly rated / not outrageously priced. I live in greentree area so I'm familiar with mt wash dogs and 6packs / GE market district settlers ridge / Buddy brews south side / GE shaler. Are there any places in particular I'm not aware of. I'm a big cold weather stout guy and I haven't really seen anything new in awhile at GE market district. I was in shaler GE and they have more of a selection but some of their stuff looked like it hasn't moved and was bottled in 2013. Dogs and 6 packs has good selection but I believe a little too expensive. I like buddy brews but buying 2 cases of top notch stouts ie bells expedition & founders kbs is too much $ I think for how much I like to try different things. Thanks guys
Solid selction but not overpriced? Sorry brother, but you are SOL. Dee's in Regent Square and HO1KB in New Kensington are the best bottle shops but both are overpriced to a comical degree. In terms of distributors, I asked the same question here.
Both of those places are great and among the best beer stores anywhere. And D's has been there for years.
