One of my homebrew recipes I'm working on is called Renaissance Red session ale, or just Renaissance Red., its sessionable red ale (obviously). I've been going with a local theme and Renaissance park is one of me and my boys favorite disc golf courses here in QC.

 

I really like Deforestation, age it in oak barrels for greater effect. Dubbel Bubble would be really cool as a dubbel with excessive wheat malt for those bubble gum notes. Wit or Swallow and Nice Wits are both great. Alpine already does Hoppy Birthday, actually.

 

I'd probably do a bunch of music-themed ones (that would receive a lot of cease and desists).

Pork Chop Neck - the one quietly bottled and sold to another brewery so as not to have to take credit for its ugly self.
