    Man I have been hearing a lot of complaint's about those weird 6 pack holders. No one has bitched about prairie using them from what I can see. :stuck_out_tongue:

    I'll bite. The Fort Bend issue is that they are six packs and are long necks so they have a strange balance to them. For Prairie, it is 4 packs (nice balance) and the shorter, wider bottles so there is much less movement for the bottles.

    That is true. Was just poking fun at how many people like to bitch about prairie but I never hear anything about those holders. But I guess it's because of the points you illustrated.

    And sour mashed which should lead to a more predictable, repeatable, consistent sour. This is super exciting! But I can already promise the SW faithful will complain up one wall and down another that its not sour enough...

    Went back to august approvals but didn't see anything about Brouwerij Alvinne. Had their Wild West last night that was pretty awesome, more good sour stuff!
