4 elf party 2014

Bummer man, looks like it won't line up with 4elf this year.

I'm getting into "Stab Mode" as we speak lol. Can't wait for 4 Elf Party this year. Sorry I missed the one from last year.

Funniest part of that whole thing last year was the guy that got knocked out coming up to me in the morning trying to find out what happened. I was like dude "you got knocked the fuck out!" Lol. What a night that ended up being. I think.

 

The plan was to go to Eccentric/4 Elf. We haven't discussed with the new information. I still want to go.

 

Here's hoping it's not 12/19-12/20. My head would explode trying to choose between this and Kuhnhenn Solstice.

 

Not sure which event you are referring to, but Dark Horse confirmed via FB and Instagram that 4 Elf will be on 12/13/14.

 

Winter Solstice is Kuhnhenn's big bottle release event. I haven't been to 4 Elf, but from everything I'm hearing it sounds a lot more fun than WS, which is a bit of a clusterfuck, pretty expensive*, and not as much of a "party".

(* - IE., $8/btl for BB4D, $6/btl for IPAs, compare to $5.50/btl for BBPt5)

EDIT: That sounded a little negative - Kuhnhenn is still probably my favorite Michigan brewery, not trying to shit on them.

 

While the Kuhnhenn event is a big bottle release, it's a heck of a party too. I'm a little confused about your statement really. 4 elf is quite a bottle release, why else where all of us idiots standing outside overnight in a snowstorm? If you want to just go to the party then the whole lining up early thing doesn't need to happen.

Good to hear because @TastyDelicousness is always packing. I tell to him to bring it to remove wax from bottles but it's really in case guys like you @MSEGUIN start shit. @end_27 is my alibi for when shit goes down so i'm never to blame.

 

If I go this year we gotta share some brews again bud it was a blast last year!

Missing 4 elf for the first time in quite a while. Pretty bummed out, but a year of free crack fries and 101 Short's beers will probably cheer me up a little bit.

I looked back on the DH FB page and didn't see the post about the 13th being the date. Where did you see it? Just trying to make sure I take the right day off!

 

I don't know how to link it from my phone, but on October 1st they posted pictures of one oatmeal stout and 4 elf on FB. Someone asked if they were having a 4 elf party and they replied 12/13/14.
