i saw a 4-pack sitting on a table to the right of where they were selling the special releases. wanted to ask if i could buy it!

 

Interesting that they would have it sitting out- maybe they were talking about it it with someone or tasting it?

 

Someone did ask about it I think. I don't recall the answer...old, maybe infected and just sitting there

 

I asked about it. Someone returned it that day and it was just still sitting out.

I'd roll the dice on a 4-pack. Heck, Modern Times is souring a BA Stout on purpose because they are worried it might be infected.

 

I swear I read recently that CW had 16 still, at the brewery. Is there any truth to that?! (It doesn't seem that would be the case but I guess I really wouldn't know).

 

They have had it at the brewery since the anniversary party I believe. However, the rest of it might have been purchased at the party last weekend.

 

Nice, thanks for the heads up. I thought about heading up over the next couple weekends (going to be in WI anyway) but maybe I'll call to see if any is left, at this point.

 

They've got a Halloween part coming up followed closely by O'so's anniversary nearby. If bottles aren't gone yet, I think they will be for sure by 11/8.

They must have brewed a sh!t ton of 16. Which is awesome. I hope 17 is as plentiful (and as good).

 

I'm heading through that area tomorrow, so I e-mailed them today and they said that they still had Sixteen and Rye Barrel Chocolate Porter.
