I still see it around. I haven't seen the vanilla bean version for a while though.

For us Michiganders, Griffin Claw cans their beer (no bottles) and it is very good IMO. Rochester Mills and Brewery Vivant only use cans too. Bell's is canning more stuff all the time, it seems. I see Founder's starting to can also. I like cans better.

I can't think of any in Canada. Please someone tell me I'm wrong.

Seeing this thread made me realize that Maine doesn't see much distribution of breweries that primarily can their beer. We started getting 21st Amendment recently. Other than that, Sixpoint and Narragansett are the only ones that really come to mind.

Locally we have Baxter, Bissell Brothers, and Marshall Wharf who only can, and Funky Bow recently started canning their beer.

I've had and enjoyed everything those breweries have canned.

Edit: oh, and I'll put 21st Amendment third.

Some people seem to be posting breweries that can in addition to bottle instead of breweries that primarily can.

Sometimes us advcaotes that start threads should be more specific as to what they mean by favorite canned beers. It can be confusing. Because anything that Ballast Point cans is also bottled and I have never seen anything in a can by New Belgium. Although I kinda wish I have.

They can four of their beers: IPA, EPA, Summer Ale and Oktoberfest, thus making them qualified for the thread

I was specific. For the brewery to qualify, they must can at least four of their beers. Ballast Point qualifies, however I think their outrageous prices (I know it's the distributor's fault, not theirs) are what's keeping them from being mentioned on this thread very much.
