Weed pulling is easy after the rain, if you're actually still motivated

 

After dinner, and cracked open my first one from Alesmith.

 

Bridgeport Hop Tsar Cascadian Dark up first. My son's soccer team won today & so did the Cowboys Now my Fantasy Football teams appear to be a smoking crater

 

Good stuff. High price.

 

Tonight:

 

Madtree Psychopathy IPA, fairly tasty, something different.

 

Sipping through a Gulden Draak with about two years of bottle age on it. The beer seems to have held up well to bottle aging and there are no signs of oxidation. However, I'm about 1/3 of the way through the beer and don't really feel that there's any improvement that would place it above the one I reviewed a few years ago and fairly soon after purchase. So it seems safe to age the Draak under reasonable cellar conditions for a couple of years but I'm not sure I'd go much longer than about 2 years and it doesn't seem worth using it to fill limited space if I have other beers that would improve with age. If my opinion has changed by the end of the beer, I'll mention it in a dated addition to my original review.
