    I see your "Italian Seasoning" is getting no love. I have that same spice rack and the Italian Seasoning was about the only thing I used. Who needs Mustard Seed and Coriander Seed?

    Haha, I have to imagine HF and the Alchemist at a store around the corner too, and I live in a neighboring state!

    I'm enjoying something more easily available, my first wet hop brew of the wet hop season I so adore.

    Trying this Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Stout.....pretty average. It smells great, but very watery and no complexity.
