Today was ok- there was less than 60 of us there when doors opened, but it's only going to grow..
For the 20 or so that lined up early we had the line fairly organized before doors opened. Once doors opened though everyone just ran to all 4 corners of the huge bar, and no one knew what to do. A line finally formed at one register once the first few just pushed their way to the front. I think if releases get bigger than this, there has to be a set line that goes from early line-up and an employee that makes sure everyone knows where to go once doors open.. Other than that- all good. Long live Buddha

That's why CCB opens at 11, but doesn't pour the special release growlers until 12. It dissuades that kind of behavior.

yeah we were all outside under the canopy in a pseudo line waiting for the doors to open, once they did it was a bit of a cluster but i'm pretty sure everyone that was there got their growler.

I'm pretty sure they filled extra Last Snow off their other keg, seemed like there were more than 60 people there.

Got a growler coming my way... my dad got there at around 1:15pm and it was still flowin'. Apparently it was one of the last.

As a native of Fort Lauderdale, it humbles me greatly that such great beer is coming out of the area! (which was practically a wasteland for good beer when I moved away in 07').

Going to be sharing it with our monthly local bottle share. I've had it before, so I know they're in for a treat!

He said the Pineapple Hop Gun was completely off the hook!

I want to say that FB has said that these are FULL Kegs, so they can fill 62 32oz growlers per keg. But they have had last snow on tap since July 5 so I am sure they had/have plenty.

I wouldn't call 20-30 people trying to stay out of the rain, all huddled under an overhang "fairly organized." People did one of two things, sat at the bar and ordered a drink or got in line to get their growler. Everyone there when the doors opened plus quite a few more got a growler. We were sitting directly behind the counter-filler when the first keg kicked, Ryan said thats alright i've got another one, and they hooked up another keg. We were there for over an hour and everyone that walked in the door that wanted a growler got one, as a matter of fact there was nobody even in line anymore when we left. The lines might continue to grow over time, but they can brew A LOT more now that they have the brewery so everyone should just remain calm!

Looking for a Funky Buddha contact. Thought I had one, but seems that may have fallen through since I haven't heard from him recently (or he's just busy as happens).
    Anyway, BM me. :-)

Does anyone have any idea when Last Snow may be available for a growler fill? I checked the calendar on their website but it isn't very forward looking.

No idea when they may growler it again but they recently posted online that after the Tripel Tripel bottle release on Monday, the next bottle release (details TBD) will be BA Snowed In. I asked a bartender the other day when regular Last Snow is coming back and he said probably soon.

I'd imagine we might see it in November. November's calendar of growler days should show up in a week or so, I'd imagine. I know that we're (hopefully) set to see Sweet Potato Casserole show up for one of the days, that's what matters the most!

ive been to a few recently...got shut out of no-crusts 2 weeks ago, but other than that the growler fills on Tuesday have been pretty slow and painless, even with a few growlers left over the following day. The beer is slowly getting to the quality where it should be.....its so funny to see someone take a sip of a beer and proclaim "that's amaaaaaazing"..even though the beer is completely off from what it should be...

They are releasing BA Snowed In next month in bottles...as far as regular last snow, they made a batch for GABF and have not mentioned anything about having any left over...

If im not mistaken, that was confirmed as one of the first 4-packs of culinary bottles to hit shelves later this year along with no crusts

If I lived closer and drank a bit more regularly I'd go for Growler fills. I would of loved to grab a Growler of No Crusts Ale when they had it. Just a bit tough to go after work on a Tuesday. Will be there for the Snow In bottle though.

Yes, this was stated in an interview they did. I was talking to another FB bartender like 2 weeks ago (I'm there about once a week) and he told me they are currently installing the bottling line and are tentatively planning to have bottles in some stores by the end of the year. I know once they have bottles in stores it will definitely be Floridian and Hop Gun but not sure if No Crusts and Sweet Potato Casserole will be bottled right away (didn't ask exactly which bottles). That would be awesome though - especially if they're out there before Xmas/New Year's.
