Bottles or cans, any style; what (in your opinion) are the best 12 oz bottles or cans that are readily available in NC......preferably year-round??

Torpedo, Two Hearted, Lil Sumpin Sumpin, Founders Porter, Sweetwater IPA, Founders Reds Rye are some of my favorites.

I second Sweetwater IPA and SN Torpedo. Big Boss Hell's Belle and Duck Rabbit Milk Stout eems to be available in most places as well. If you are in or near Raleigh stop in to Tasty Bev or Tyler's Bottle shop and buy good beer and get great answers and recomendations.

As far as the local brewers go, I also enjoy Duck Rabbit, as well as all of LoneRiders beers, Foothills Hoppyium and Highland Gaelic ale.

Rather vague question. By ratings, the answer is Rochefort 10.

With the year-round stipulation: I'd say Ten Fidy (pretty sure its year round). However most of my favorite brews are seasonals.

That's my favorite 11.2oz beer available in NC. OP, as far as NC breweries go, I'd say Lonerider Sweet Josie Brown, Highland Oatmeal Porter, or DR Milk Stout.

Touche on the 11.2oz part. Is St. Bernardus the same size?

I'm a lot more interested in the seasonal offerings such as anything hoppy from Lagunitas ( Remember Laguniitas Sucks?), Green Flash Palate Wrecker, last year's Lucky Alt 13 from Lagunitas, Ballast Point Sculpin, Sea Monster and Victor At Sea

As far as regulars, I'll nominate the some west coast(ish) beers Unita Hop Notch (where has this been lately), Green Flash WC IPA, Southern Tier 2xIpa, DR Porter

Is there a point to this?
