Vail Valley Colorado Beer hotspots

Edwards has Crazy Mountain Brewing and Gore Range Brewpub. Crazy Mountain is a cool place to hang out during the summer, very laid back.

As for bars, I can't really help. Don't spend a lot of time in bars up there any more.

Still looking for a good beer shop, myself. My brother-in-law lives in Avon so he thinks Beaver Liquor is great, but he also doesn't drink much. I haven't been there in years. I know there is a little shop in East Vail incorporated with the market and there's a shop in West Vail back by the grocery store. The East Vail shop has a tiny selection. West Vail is slightly bigger. I am not aware of any awesome shops, yet, sorry.

dude, crazy mountain has really disappointed me. if you're into spices and what not in your beer, check them out. if not i'd stear clear

 

Yeah I don't think it's a great brewery or anything, just the atmosphere is nice there. The Mountain Living isn't bad, but the wit is a chamomile bomb.

 

i couldn't make out the chamomile, the corriander overwhelmed it for me. tasted like a damned spice rack.

I stop everytime I go to Beaver Creek.

 

I like to go to the Red Lion everytime I visit Vail. Not sure about the selections, but its a pretty cool pub.
