I'm new to the whole stout scene, so I like it. It's not so bold and overwhelming, and encourages me to take another drink. I'd imagine its too weak for serious stout heads.

Thought it was on point for what it is... a session-able stout. I didn't think the milk or coffee overpowered each other and were well balanced. $10.99/per sixer in my local. I'd grab it again.

20$ a 6er in Alberta, might be a few $$$'s too many but at least we can buy Stone here now.

Nah, a true stout head would have the ability to enjoy and recognize/accept/admit the fact that many great stouts aren't 10% abv and barrel aged

I thoroughly enjoyed it. A sessionable stout with a mild coffee bitterness, chocolate, and a creamy mouthfeel.

Stone coffee milk stout was a lot lighter than I thought it would be. Still a solid stout. I'd recommend giving it a try

I passed on this one I saw it recently. I may come to regret that decision.

I liked Stone's offering, but it came off a little soapy-tasting to me. I generously gave away 4/6 bottles to friends for karma's sake. Had Founder's once earlier this year and loved it.

For a fantastic 12oz Stone, pick up Sublimely Self-Righteous Ale (obviously a completely different style).

very different. Stones Milk Stout is a really light "session-able" stout if there was such a thing. I was also kinda disappointed in this offering. I think it was just not for me:slight_frown:.

Some of the best beers I've had only come in 22 oz. Why the hang up?

Founders Porter is much better in my opinion.

all the 22 oz bomber beers ive drank didnt have caps that re sealed good.i can drink an entire 12 oz or 16 beer in one sitting but i dont usually drink an entire 22 oz in one sitting so i guess its just personal and id rather get 12 oz beers instead

This brew wasn't for me as well. I don't knock others for liking it, but it seemed too watery to compliment the roasted malt profile.

Tough comparing a porter with a milk stout IMO, that being said I like Founders Porter.
