Going to go to FFF brewpub today and I might get this. My question is how long does a brew like this last? I see there are quite a bit of reviews from July so I just don't want to get it if it's not at full flavor and not at its best.
No problem, being as it was released in July I doubt the 3 months its been in bottles has changed it that much. You could always pick up 2 bottles and drink one now and age one to see how it does.
Chevalier has a waxed seal so you will be able to age it. That being said, this beer is delicious and I can't believe it's still available there. If you only have one drink it now
I almost feel like the berries are coming for forward as it ages, or maybe my palate is just becoming more acquainted with the flavor beer, picking up more of the subtleties. Either way, I love it and pick at least one up just about every time I'm down there. I'm pretty happy it's stuck around as long as it has.
I actually just went to the liquor store and got 2 6-packs of Revolution Unsessionable. I was delicious. But I will pick up Chev when I go to FFF next which should be soon. If they have it of course.
I thought the same. I've had 3-4 bottles since it was first released and felt I got more blueberry every time.
I thought it was really well-balanced the last time I had it about a month ago. Blueberry flavor with nice tartness at the end.
Ill be in Hammond tomorrow, plan on swinging by 3floyds anyone know if it's still around? I bought a bottle the day it was released and enjoyed it a few weeks ago would love to get one or 2 more.
