In PA there are some people who call a case of 30 beers a "30-rack" or simply a "rack" but as far as I know rack term is never used for anything less than 30 beers.

I take issue with this erroneous definition!

We should all say "bowls of loud mouth soup" more, regardless of region.

I've also heard the term Silo's for 16oz can. Get it, like a grain silo.

Silo usually means 24oz cans, but this too probably varies from place to place.

'Shorty', a smaller serving than whatever the standard size serving for that beer is.

'Joker', slang for the least desirable glass on earth (the shaker pint glass).

'Rodeo Clown', a half full glass of beer a bartender will keep on the bar in front of a seemingly empty space to hold for one of his regulars.

In CO we call beers bananas, so if you go to a bar here, make sure you ask for a banana so the bartender thinks you're a local...

Seriously though, one thing we do have that not many other states do is 3.2% abv beer, which is what they sell in almost all groceries, where it's forbidden to sell full-strength beer. It's referred to, imaginatively, as "3-2."

Funny that you call this out as unique and odd, as I am totally used to this as well, including the nomenclature. The first time I get to go into a grocery store and buy full strength beer I will probably get dizzy and pass out.

Canada must have some law on the books since I see pales and IPAs labeled as "strong beer" on the bottle whenever I'm up there. I'm guessing that it's mentioned above a certain ABV.

Back before 30 packs of "beer", beers like the one I shall not mention here came in a heavy cardboard case of 24 that we called "suitcases".

The candy store. . That is what I refer to my home liquor store. They know me and I can get special beers unlike other liquor store.

We used to shop here where my buddy Kenny would always lobby for the "pounders" (as mentioned up thread). That meant 16 oz. returnable Strohs for $8 a case.

We call 24 or 25oz cans, Oil Cans, where I come from. The 24 or 25 oz cans are much too wide to be Silo's.
