I may be wrong, but I don't think I saw this FnS glass at the merchandise stand.

Great event. My only complaint is that Qui didn't bring enough food. I guess he must be too busy to read that 300 tickets were sold. Anywho, I really hope JK puts on more events like this in the future.

Great event on a perfect night. I liked this format much better than last year. Most lines moved pretty quickly.

This! That was my only real complaint as well.

Thanks to everyone who came out. We're pleased with how the event went, and we hope you had a good time. The event seemed to have a laid back feel, which was what we were after. As far as takeaways, we felt if we added another 3 or 4 restaurants with the same number of attendees, the lines wouldn't be quite so long and it would mitigate the affect if a restaurant ran out of one of the dishes. And while we plan to have this event next year, it will also be interesting to see what happens with the legislature next summer. We're hoping that at a minimum an exception is passed to allow unlicensed, out of state breweries to come into Texas for a festival. That way we could pursue something more in line with Shelton Brother's The Festival or Crooked Stave What the Funk?! Again, we hope you enjoyed 2014 Funk n' Sour Fest. - Jeff
