    I have 10 bottles of 2013 BCBS cellared. Looking forward to a comparison with the '14. Hoping to cellar some of the other varieties this year. Anyone in Memphis interested in joining me let me know.

    it's not really a limited release... It's more like a special event.

    Any Dallas peeps know if the Friday event is at Specs or Total Wine? Contemplating making the drive. I haven't seen a good shit show since I left the land of Beatification and Pliny the Younger.

    Like how? You can't expect distributors to publish a public list of everybody getting BCBS/variants. Make friends with somebody from the distributor or talk to shop owners. As a general rule, if a place does decent volume on Goose package beer and at least cares a little bit about craft they will probably get some BCBS

    Why not? I was able to score BA Narwhal this morning because places that got it are listed on the Sierra Nevada website.

    I know a wholefoods that got regular, coffee and barley wine last year but way fewer coffee and barley wine so they were gone within the hour

    IIRC, the line started around 0600 and once they opened at 1000, not everyone got BCBS.
