I can bring one of my RS ones to a Beer Rev tasting if you want. When I heard that Healthy Spirits got 1 6-bottle case I was shocked. Cuir was on the shelves for months, I figured they'd only do the 100% BA if they could make the same amount as the 25% ones. I guess not.

I'd love to taste it again, but I did get to try it last weekend at Firestone Fest. At some point, for sure.

Yeah, I got my bottles for $26 even including tax, etc. here in PA.

I'm sure it'll come to those a bunch. I don't actually know when I'll bring mine back...

Also, now that I think about it, I got Coton off the shelves last year. It's weird that Fruet is so limited.

I loved it. The sweet old ale worked so well with the bourbon. I wish I could have bought more than one.

That reminds me; I still feel foolish about sprinting over to Sun King to drop $65 on a 4-pak of tallboys of Johan last summer. Oh well.... "live and learn" I guess.

haha. Yea, my favorite reviews usually start out like this: "Although I hate sours, I have to say, this one was drinkable. C+"

    I only drink alone.

Why? None of my friends drink craft. Make more friends, you say? I have enough friends. And quite honestly, I enjoy drinking alone.

If a beer is too big to drink in one night, I'll just put a wine stopper in and drink the rest the next day.

Yeah, I think they might have pulled the trigger a bit early on going 100% barrel on these. The blended versions were really easy to get in years past, and they were still pretty awesome. Ah, well. Maybe next year.

Great beer. Probably the best of the Anniversary beers right out of the gate. I'll drink it on tap at the tasting room or bars when it's available, but after the last couple years of buying lots bottles of all the high ABV Bruery beers and never really opening any of them, I decided to pass on bottles this year.

As much as I enjoy them, I just can't sit down and drink 750s of BA Anniversary/Melange 3/Black Tuesday by myself or with minor contribution from one other person.

That kid also lists Guinness as a favorite brewer. Fruet is fantastic and it sounds like he has a personal vendetta against the Bruery. Maybe he was the kid that tried to cut in line and the Wanderer release and got beat up.

Looks like a second round just made it to the Bay Area. I just snagged one at a store that was previously sold out.

I don't think so. I paid $30 and wish I hadn't. It was a good beer, but not $30 worth. I wish I would have traded it instead for 2 Parabolas or something which I enjoyed MUCH more.

Picked up two before giving in and ordering a case for my shop. My thinking is that 2 of the $35+ bottles will sell and I'll buy one more plus what sits for a bit for awhile at cost(I think our cost comes out to $25 for us, which makes it odd to me that its $26 on shelves places but I guess maybe other states are getting it at a different price maybe?)

Since I'll be able to pick up at least 3 in total, I'll probably give it a try soon with a friend or two.
