I don't want the rules in favor of me... but if you say that you are going to keep the line open until 10:30, don't come outside at 9:40 and tell everyone that you are done selling for the night to save inventory for Saturday... That to me was the problem.

I agree, from what I understand it is a problem. Had they (Hardywood) said they were going to sell X number of cases on Friday from 9-10:30 and they happened to sell out before 10:30 then I would say it sucks for those who didn't get their early. However, stopping sales early and not keeping your word to sell bottles until 10:30 so that you could have more bottles the following day is shitty way to do business.

Off topic but another rant about Hardywood. I bought a sixer of Capital Trail PA, drank one and it tasted like it had Belgian yeast so I emailed them and asked if they changed the receipe as previousl batches I had were a lot better/different. They emailed me back and said there was an issue with the strain of yeast (can't recall the exact issue) and I could drive to the brewery to exchange my sixer for a new one (nice geasture but inconvenient). So, do they not test their batches before sending them out to distro? Hard to beleive they wouldn't.
