Black Friday in Las Vegas

    Yes, one of the million Bourbon County Black Friday related threads out there. This is my first year in Vegas for Black Friday (spent the past few in Indy) so I'm just trying to figure out what to expect. I tried calling Total Wine and they gave me some bs about it'll be released some time around Black Friday but they didn't have any details on it other than that.

    Do places around Vegas do special releases for it? Do they open early? Do people line up early? Is it just kind of a show up and get some or do places do lists/raffles/hold it for their friends?

    I hate posting all the usual questions but I'm just trying to figure out if I should plan on a camp out or just a slightly early morning or just wonder in whenever the hell I want. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! And maybe I'll see some people out there.

    Probably more in the know Vegas people here, but I have never seen bourbon county in bottle form at Total Wine or Khoury's. Seen the basic stout and barley wine on tap and at total wine for growler fills but that's it. Never seen the coffee anywhere. One thing to remember about Vegas: our distro surprisingly sucks. Gotten much better in last year but still lacking.

    I've gotten confirmation from the distributor that we will be getting regular, coffee, barleywine, and possibly vanilla. Now how much of any of those remains to be seen, but bottles should at least exist in Vegas.

    On Black Friday bottles were plentiful. Khourys had something like 15 cases. That was without coffee or backyard as we had a delay in distro.

    As long as you are shopping you shouldn't have a problem.

    Didn't go out for Black Friday since I was working but most places did have BC for sale that day. That includes Lees and Whole foods. Will be having the wife mule for me so I can get one of everything

    Last year there was a fuckup with Goose and NevBev, so most of the places with advertised Black Friday events were unable to do them. Kegs and some of the specialty bottles were late coming to town, but did make it.

    A bunch of us were hanging out at Khoury's drinking the regular and barleywine, along with some older bottles people cracked.

    I think this years is going to be significantly more difficult to grab the beers. Spoke too soon in saying it will be plentiful. Have heard rumor of bottle limits rather than 4 pack limits.

    If I get some I get some. My case of Central Waters BB Stout is calling my name anyway.

    Did any make it last year? Anything happening this year? I'll be in Vegas thanksgiving weekend and hoping I can make a pit stop on Black friday to pick up whatever Bourbon County brews I can.

    Yes, someone spill the beans. My gf will be in Vegas and doesn't know any of the local spots at all so any info would be awesome.

    @Destral knows his tips. Just the tips but I guess that's enough.

    The Smiths on Durango that is mentioned on Instagram is getting 20 cases of BCBS, no clue on variants.

    I ended up grabbing two cases of regular bcbs at two different Albertsons. Waited in line for regal and coffee.
