That was the only beer I dumped the whole night at FOBAB.

I opened bottle 133 this past weekend and it was great. No gusher. Nose of coffee and port wine. Tasted more like port wine than beer. I really liked it, the best wine barrel aged beer I have every had. Its a shame that so many people have gotten bad bottles.

I had a bottle on Halloween that I believe was getting there. Tasted slightly sour with a fresh bell peppers taste when it was cold. Let my pour warm and got a more expected taste but still the unwanted vegetable taste that brought little heat from the peppers. Wasn't good at all, most of my friends dumped their pours.

Had a bottle on Saturday. I report similar findings.

Ok. So I took a chance and blew it. No ZD today. I just wasted 12 h driving from KY. they released it every Wed of the last 3 weeks but not today. Any of you have ZD and are willing to sell it? Please. I brought some peace offerings(other cans/bottles) to offer in addition to cash.

4 options in cases. 2 nice bomber options. 1 decent sour still available. And all the ZD you can drink on tap.

How is that wasting your time?

Not a complete waste of time. I am drinking some really good beer. But I came for a case or 2 of ZD since I can hardly get it in KY

I can't think of any item(s) I'd drive 12 hours for. I commend you on your passion, I guess.

Hey guys, we pulled bottles of BA Moloko and Conquistador from the bottle library and ran them through staff sensory and lab tests. No off flavors and no lab results for infections or beer spoilers. If you have beer that's bad, we'll replace it to equal value. Bring it in, or receipts, or something to prove you bought the beer.

Thats cool that you guys are doing this, I don't have the bottle nor the receipt to prove ownership anymore. I wasn't looking for a refund just wanted to see of anyone else had similar issues.

Looking to take a trip down to the brewery next week, lucky enough to have some time off! Anyone have an idea on when the 'Beers To Go' page is updated. Would just like to attempt to drive down on a day when some of my favorite beers are for sale! Thanks, and if anyone around the brewery wants to set up a trade let me know and I can bring some Wisconsin stuff with me!! Thanks

I don't even use the website. Just call them. There's a hotline, and the first thing they say is the date of the update.

it updates pretty much real time, so new beers are normally added right before they open and are taken down once they sell out. occasionally they will release something mid-day, so just because it's not on the list at noon doesn't mean that it won't show up later.

This is my experience regarding "bad" bottles of Moloko & Conquistador posted to a regional beer FB page.

I went to the brewery today with 1 empty Moloko, 1 unopened and 2 unopened CdMs. The kiosk guy got the manager for me and I explained my experience and let her know I wanted to return everything. Initially said the CdMs were fine but I said I was able to show 1st hand accounts from this thread stating otherwise. She then said she would have to call the GM.

She came back and said she couldn't refund cash for the unopened bottles but gave me a gift card with $105 on it. She said she wasn't able to refund for the empty bottle because I had rinsed it out before returning it. She said if there was some beer left in the bottle she could've. She said she felt bad about it and offered me a 6pk of my choice.

So ultimately I'm out 25 bucks but she (Kaitlynn) was exceptionally pleasent and professional. This could've been much worse I suppose so I'm chalking this one up to a potentially frustrating situation going about as well as it could have.
