Any sightings in Monmouth county? Every store I've asked seems to say that their Shore Point reps are saying its not hitting NJ which is obviously not true.

 

Got a bottle in Little Falls last night, $21.99 one bottle limit, have to ask for it. Shoprite wine and liquor on Browerton rd.

 

Was told by another reputable liquor store in my area that they were told that NJ isn't getting any of this. Really strange how I've heard this from a few of the places I go to that typically get the harder to get beers.

 

It's in cape may county. 17.99 a bottle.

 

One bottle limit? They gave me two at 9:30 p.m. Had clownshoes extremely angry beast too

 

I got some in Bergen County yesterday - $20.99 (I think).

 

I'm so confused about this. Why are so many stores saying that NJ isn't getting this when it clearly isn't the case? Are they playing a game of fuck with the beer nerds?

 

The distributor reps don't know what the hell they're talking about.

 

I heard from my source that New Jersey is getting 20 cases.

 

Probably different distributors for different parts of NJ. Each will get their own allocation and possibly one or two of them didn't get none.

 

Basically this. In my area, Monmouth/Ocean, SN is distributed by Shore Point whose main product is Coors Light. Reps don't give a shit about moving 1 case of SN BA beer when they can push an extra 100 cases of Coors Light on a few accounts and make some nice bonus $$$.

 

Shorepoint hasnt released it yet because it was not in their cpl for november

 

Great, so when they get a special limited release double IPA they can sit on it for a whole month because they can't figure out away to send out emails or make phone calls or visits to their large craft accounts.

 

I was there earlier and the guy said one per, but he was also complaining that another employee had sold all 6 bottles of FW 18 anniversary to one person, so maybe he is just more aware of the limited nature of certain beers. I grabbed the extremely angry beast there too!

 

Picked up two bottles yesterday at Linwood Wines in Fort Lee, 21.99+tax. There was at least another half dozen on the shelves.

 

Huh I guess I hit the right guy at the right time. I could have easily had 5 or 6 but I didnt want to be greedy.

 

I bought a bottle at Total Wine in Cherry Hill today. They had a few left, but it's my first time having it so I only bought one. The price was lower then what I saw in this thread... around $17 I believe.
