I've enjoyed it every time I've had it, but they should really be playing in the Torpedo/Finestkind arena with sub-$10 sixers and $13 (on sale) 12-packs with this beer, as those are what it's really competing with and not whatever sells for $11-12 a six which is what I usually see Limbo priced at.

If they do, they use it well. I only catch the negativeness of Ringwood in their Harvest Ale. I wasn't a fan at all of this year's "session" version.

When I see a tap handle I always end up getting it. It just doesn't let me down.

Hit up the brewery on Sat with the wife and kids for some apps and beer.

Limbo from the source was great. Had a bunch of beers back at the condo chiiling in the fridge but the wife insisted on grabbing a sixer of Limbo as we left, I did not argue.

To me -- the single biggest reason that limits LT from getting in the real VT IPA/pale/DIPA game.

Couldn't agree more. That ringwood yeast adds so much juicyfruit / banana flavor it masks the hop character.

I won a trip to Smugglers notch from LT last year. However it end up costing me since the lodging was a studio. I have a toddler, so I needed to upgrade to something with a bedroom. Cost me some money, but it was a great trip, especially since it put me in Heady country for the first time!

Had some a couple months ago on tap at the steak house in Foxwoods and was blown away. Had some tonight from an October batch and it was meh. I've had much better bottles than this so this is a little depressing.
