Having a delicious flight at Salish Sea Brewing in Edmonds, WA. I forgot to take a picture before drinking most of the beer.

18th Street/Arizona Wilderness Sophomoric Saison with Citra and lime zest. Two amazing breweries=one amazing beer. The Citra and lime zest end up being just as strong as the saison qualities (yeast, pepperiness, fruity esters) which I love because I am not a big fan of saisons. Really good stuff!

    This is the real deal.

I've got the growler of War Elephant chilling. Hopefully that'll get me sufficiently hammered to lessen the pain of the impending drubbing of the Giants at the hands of the Cowboys....

Agree 100%. I've got enough in my cellar but I just saw cases at my local BevMo, so I see a few more for the cellar.

Keep checking the dates, not sure if that is a year round release or not, should be!

@jhartley - Enjoyed a few bottles with Mr. Horns Up before heading to a charity fundraising event last night (which was BYOB by the way - oh yeah!) Started with a pair of big stouts from Fish Eye, an Oak Bourbon Vanilla Imperial Stout:

And a Belgian Style Imperial Stout:

Same base stout, just split the kettle into two (3) gallon carboys and spiked one with American Ale yeast and the other with a Belgian yeast, it was a fun experiment yielding two distinct beers.

Next came the palate scrubbah, 'was outstanding:

And my wife and I had a "pretty good" time ( ) at the fundraiser and by far the best table beer at the event last night :stuck_out_tongue:!!~!

Now? Picked up a bottle of the King's evil brother today:

    Prost!!

Enjoying a celebration while waiting to eat significantly too much of my wife's excellent spaghetti and meatballs. This is a solid Sunday.

Yeah. My excuse is that I'm tech-challenged. I been buggin' my daughter all day to take a pic of my beer and post it. She might do it, just to shut my ass up. I am being dragged kickin and screamin into the 21st century, but I will NOT go quietly!

I was lucky to score two bottles of this- best beer I've had in a while. Drank one and got one holding in the cellar - it may not get to age too long, might have to drink it soon!
