Firestone Walker Parabola

    With the BCS and KBS insanity this year, Parabola may be the most easily-attainable world class bourbon -bal stout out there. IMO, of course.

    I like a lot of -bal stouts. I love very few.

    I've had the Elijah Craig 12 and 18 on tap for a fair $7.00 each pour. Those were amazing, the 12th was the better of the two. I bought a bomber of the brandy barrel aged version for $28.00 so if this was an extra what the hell did you trade? I mean other than a kidney?

    Anyone have comparative bottle counts for these? I think Parabola was 36k (same as last year), just wonder how that compares to some of these others. Still plenty of Parabola sitting around here in Seattle, just gotta love a truly wonderful beer in plentiful supply. Got most of mine @ 20% off this year too. :slight_smile:
