I spotted more Narwhal tonight... apparently Burlington County's distributor is slow and those stores just received their share a day or two ago.

I just opened a bottle tonight. It's good, but not $20 good. A four pack of Fegley's Insidious Bourbon Barrel Stout tastes better and is much cheaper.

I got one bottle but wasn't sure if this was something to stock up on, but I agree Fegley's is the most underrated BA beer out there, cheap and almost as good as BCBS.

Look for Heavy Seas Siren Noire. Usually like $8-9 for a 22oz and delicious.

to be fair it depends TOTALLY on the rep they have. Some reps know craft beer and will let account know when they have special release stuff, some only go into the account and count beer and make an order then leave. So its not because the sales rep sells BMC.

Guaranteed BA Narwal was allocated, and the sales reps had nothing to do with placing orders. It was just sent to the top 20 Sierra Nevada accounts on their account list.

Sorry...must strongly (and respectfully) disagree....Fegley's is nowhere near BCBS in quality.

I did also. Would have gotten 2 but there was a 1 bottle limit which is fair.

Yup, I saw some Siren Noire last week at Maro Brothers (old Canal's) in Hainsport. I've also gotten before at Traino's in Mount Laurel. The more common Heavy Seas beers are widely available at many stores.

P.S. I agree Siren Noire is a great barrel aged stout!
