Stone Ruination 10 year anniversary.

Buzz does well with their pricing. Unfortunately, the same can't be said about 8th Street Bottle Shop inside of Golden Gopher in DTLA. I bet they price this at around $12 or so

 

Just picked up a few bottles today after returning from vacation. For me and my unabashed love of all things Citra, this is the best product I have ever had from the good folks at Stone, simply an amazing brew on every level. So damn delicious. Now about my tastings on the east coast......... All I can say, with all due respect to everyone here not from So Cal is, nobody makes IPA and DIPA like we do here on the other coast. I'll post some tasting notes later on the big guns we drank while in Maine.

Pizza Port Carlsbad Bottle Shop was charging $10 for it when I saw it this weekend. A bit insane....

 

Wow! I just got one at BevMo in Irvine for $6.49. They had about 3 cases of it as of Saturday 1pm.

 

Does anyone know if it has made it up to Sacramento yet? If so where? Cheers!!

 

Best one-off stone has done in awhile. Very tasty. Stop building hotels and pigfarms and focus on brewing good beer!

 

This beer is amazing, by far my favorite from Stone.

 

Enjoying another one tonight. Agree 100%, this is not only the best beer Stone has made, it is one of the best beers made.

Schmidys (Palm Desert) Yardhouse (rango Mirage) is tapping it.....

 

They've made two amazing DIPAs now that we'll probably never see again, their 10th Anniversary DIPA and this Runiation 10th Anniversary. I wish they would do like they did with the 11th Anniversary beer and make one of these year round or even seasonal. I guess we can just enjoy it while it lasts, though I've probably already spent more on this one than I should.

 

I finally drank one the other night. I thought it was fantastic. Up there with Pliny the Elder, in my opinion. Glad I have one more in the fridge!

 

Great overall beer. Not syrupy, very mild mannered, yet high potency.

 

Just picked up a fresh case at Bevmo today. That should do me right for the 4th holiday ! Such a delicious brew !

Finally landed fresno whole foods. Will be sampling this weekend. Cannot wait...
