BCBS Black Friday in Baltimore

    i got to beltway (total wine) at 8:10 am friday morning. they were all sold out of the barleywine! not sure if folks were lined up, or maybe the employees dipped in? oh well.

    i did later stop by pinehurst in towson and got a 32oz growler of 2011 nightstalker (phenomenal) and 2013 barleywine, which my brother in law and i will indulge in this evening!

    Beltway had a line form around 7:30. They only had one case of barleywine. It went real quick

    wow. i was able to snag two bottles at perfect pour on weds. next year i will get up earlier!

    Yep that was the most important thing I learned yesterday...leaving the house at 8:30 am is no where near early enough for a successful Bourbon Co Black Friday hunt...
