Got a 4 pack of regular for $26.99 and a 4 back of barleywine for $24.99 in Brooklyn. Coffee continues to elude me. I live in NJ, maybe I'll get a few other bottles but I'm really pissed about not getting coffee as I got the same haul last year.

We noticed it when we opened one of each of the 12oz-ers on Friday and couldn't find the right checkin for the 2014 BW. I then had the idea of checking the bottling date while my friend was busy creating a new beer on untappd. Oops.

Are these year old bottles for sure a goose island issue or a distributer issue? I have no info at all but I could see a distributer holding it and releasing it more so than goose. It's just weird

$84, down from $96 the year before. It went up to $105 this year. Vanilla was $210.

That is completely and utterly false but thank you for the slander

They were selling for $18 at the brewery so we were selling them below brewery pricing. Again, you have no idea what you are talking about.

It's only from ONE guy and if you read all of his posts he is incorrect on almost every front.

Numbers were given out (so of course I called them, 111 people left with the limited offerings), I informed everyone how many bottles of everything were available, i also informed people of the massive price increase (from $84 to $105 for us), the glasses were cheaper than at the brewery, etc.

There was one guy that was too intoxicated and didn't come up when I told him to. He was also disoriented enough to not even get any regular Bourbon County. He should've come up at #20 with his two friends but he didn't. He walked up at #80 and made himself look really foolish.

I understand his beef about changing the allocations but when I got there at 6am people from Ohio and Michigan were parking and I couldn't allow them to walk away empty handed.

Regardless, we poured samples of everything and went above and beyond anywhere else in Indianapolis.

I've seen a few posts but do they release more product later on or just release it all at once...ie black Friday.

Goose generally releases it all on Black Friday. Anything coming out afterwards is likely an issue with shipping delays somewhere along the 3-tier chain.

Ah ok. So any staggered release is most likely distributor related.

Definitely tougher to find this year across the board in eastern pa for me. Prices were also higher at around $8 a piece average price for the reg BCBS. Glad I got a few though.

Little bummed when the grocery store puts on facebook they they will have a case of everything but the coffee and barley wine will be split up 2 and 2. so 1 Prop 1 Vanilla 2 coffee 2 BW and 4 reg per person. Got there at 5am store opens at 7am and I was number 7 inline. Thinking I am safe and will be getting everything yet I missed out on prop and vanilla. I feel like you cant post that you will be having case but the employes take most of it. There was 5 vanillas and 5 props. I am still happy that I got coffee and BW but still bummed.

Help what? That's cheaper than almost everywhere I went in south jersey. Single bottles were 10 a piece at most places.

    Sorry about your luck?

Half the people are complaining that they can't find it, and the other half are upset that it's being marked up. People lined up all over the country, and the product sold out instantly. The appropriate response is actually to raise prices. Kudos to them.
