I've been mostly let down by their stuff which is sad because of how local they are. Their Irregardless is the best offering I've had by them. Beer with long friends is good though regardless, have fun!

 

@UcDru brought the hurt to my porch before the holidays. The only bottles agreed upon were the Jackie O's ... wtf dude?!?

I only had one beer while there (I forget what it's called, I checked it in on untappd, but too lazy to check right now) but they closed at 5 today, so couldn't try more. It was a stout brewed with vanilla IIRC? It wasn't extraordinary, but also wasn't awful. I also feel like I'm a lot less picky with beer than a lot of BAs (for example even though I probably wouldn't buy it again, the coconut porter I brought to the share I felt wasn't completely awful), so my opinion may differ greatly from others haha

 

So I'm going to LA on Friday... Think I should bring some East Coast goodies? Anybody got some rec's? What shouldn't I miss?

We are going to the Bruery, and kicking around a trip to SD for Alpine, etc. I'll be staying with a buddy in downtown LA.
