Well only 3 places in RR got it, that I know of, and they all only got 1 case, so that doesn't take a big bite out of the total allocation. Specs Arbor Walk only had 2 cases, probably 2-3 at Airport. So that gets us to 8, plus whatever Brodie Specs got (I'll guess 3-4). So seems like 14-15 cases might not be off

Proprietors can probably get away with it but right now it's just out of control... FT: Widely Released Beer ISO: Whales Bro.

people thinking BCBCS/VR/BCBBW is whale bait need to get their mind right. I'm not trading Beatification, Cantillon, Mocha Weds or Grey Monday straight up for it. Maybe a BT though...

I drank mine yesterday. The first glass was great but the second was a struggle. BCBS is very sweet anyways so the second glass started tasting like a milkshake. I don't have any friends that dig the big beers like I do but this is definitely one to share (no shit at 13+%, right?).

I've drank 15-16% 750s by myself but I might be in the minority...

I was able to snag a 4 pack of the reg from my usual Spec's, but the main beer guy's wife just had a baby so he was out (horrible timing man, get your life together ) and the other guy working said they hadn't gotten any variants yet. However, I saw the printed price labels for the variants, so I remain hopeful that they will come in soon or something.

Anyone know any place that still has product?

If Vanilla Rye is anything like the original Vanilla BCBS, it's trade bait for about everything short of what you listed, in my book. That shniz was deloishous.

this Vanilla took the place of Backyard Rye and IMO was easier to get. Manufactured rarity does not make a beer rare.

Me too but this one seemed like a lot harder to get down because it was so sweet.

Do you rate beers by rarity or by quality? Who gives a shit how rare it is? If it's that good, someone who didn't get it will trade another equally good beer or beers for it. Seriously man, I'll take a shit in a 12 oz bottle and trade it to you if you want something really rare.

Does anyone know if any place in Dallas that still has BCBCS? Struck out at a half-dozen places.

Just bought a case of BCBS at a local Kroger in Houston. It rang up as $17.69.... for the CASE! I kindly corrected the cashier and had them ring up all 6 four packs.

Did Lone Star ever get theirs? My guess is you will see it hit a few places this week.

Anyone got any Houston leads they can BM me? I was unfortunately out in West Texas. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Living in Houston is no joke with the amount of hoarding unfortunately.

It will come, but no clue on when. It'll likely be a surprise drop when it lands.
