I thought the KBBS trade was a bit much tbh, but having never had it I may be wrong.

I think that was by me - crazy a beer trades that high but it does. I'm honestly a bit surprised you got it done

How many bottles of fou gets bottled each year? And how many get distro'd to the united States?

There is no set numbers. It really depends on the harvest.

from a BA he told me when the harvest is big. 6 bottle per person limit. 3 if a smaller harvest.

There seems to be quite a bit of Fou this year. And they are still selling it at Cantillon for 6 per person. If I am to understand right there is one last wall of Fou left at the brewery. And its not a bounty that to come for sale in the states. @mlhyatt

I have been dying to get a hold of a fou but freaking love my bg&e. Worth it in your opinion? I have a 2013 Black Tuesday that i could throw in the mix as the extra. Not sure what else someone would be looking for if bg&e alone wouldn't get it done.

Bg&e alone won't get it done. Think 40 dollars worth of limited, sought after beer.

I just traded BCBS Vanilla, 2 regular BCBS, 1 BCBS BW and 1 BCBS Coffee for a '14 Fou and a 375 Geuzue. Fou is one of my all time favorites and I can't wait to have it again.

 cool that we know what you all offer for FF as an international trade .... wonder what you offer for mamouche or Lp then :stuck_out_tongue:

The LPs beers carry basically the same trade value as FF, mamouche does not.

So where would you place Mamouche? Always my understanding that it trades slightly below FF, but not much

You would be correct, maybe at worse like half but probably closer to 2/3 the value of Fou. All depends on the trader. I personally think Mamouche is awesome and should carry more weight.

As was said above, get a good international trading relationship. I received several bottles of FF this year 1:1 for de Garde beers (and not the Keepers bottles).
