this is so awesome. i was wondering when i kept seeing more GFS batches, if they were new or what. i guess they've kept brewing, and are going to brew more.. great news.

this beer is the only beer (after tens of thousands of beers) i've had my girlfriend actually ask for

Where does it say that they use real grapefruit juice in this beer? I searched their website and only found grapefruit rind. However, their label says "Indian Pale Ale with Natural Grapefruit Flavors". This leads me to believe that they added flavor from a flavor company on top of the regular Sculpin IPA.

This is great news. Also great for the rest of the country because you can ship cans further for cheaper. so it opens up distro

In SD, I could see this being drinkable year-round, so maybe they'll brew it that way.

Thanks. I did notice it had a slightly tart taste to it coming from grapefruit juice. They probably brewed with grapefruit juice and used natural flavors.

I accidentally let one age a few months and I got a lot more grapefruit zest flavor from it than I did initially which was interesting

just fyi for you NY folks, Cable Beverages in Bardonia has gotten this in a few times (bottles, not cans). Only times I've seen it in the area. Doesn't happen often, but worth checking once in a while
