Saturday will depend on if the guys I'm with drag me to see the filthy Orange-and-Black hockey team play at the Staples Center.

I know the plan is to go to San Diego for a day trip and to the Bruery and Noble for another.

If you are gonna be nearby over the weekend, you should hit me up. I'll buy you a beer.

Re a bottle share I'd probably bring my vanilla since it's definitely my biggest whale in the cellar.

Saw some talk about CBS, a buddy is bringing it to a share I'm hosting in a little over a month. Didn't realize it was in any way sought after.

 

Mmm great beer! IS that batch 3? They just released batch 4 about 2 weeks ago.

 

If you're referring to Founders' Canadian Breakfast Stout, it's incredibly sought after, to the extent that most people have given up. (doesn't help that it was a one off, brewed quite a while ago, so supply is dwindling in a hurry).

A quick search in the ISO:FT forum turned up someone saying it trades 1:1 with Double Barrel Hunahpu, though I have nothing to substantiate that person's claim.

I recall a brief discussion about DUH olde school a while back and finding out the one bottle shop near me charges way too much, just got a four pack for 17, never going to that other shop again unless I know nobody else has something I'm looking for, good lord.

At least now I can try 2014 fresh and keep aging my 2013. Anyone have experience aging this one? A peak I should worry about going over? The bottle recommends a year, but just curious

Whoa, lotsa stuff going on today
1. I would bring '08 Isle of Arran,, Port Sucre, and (512) Five
2. I got one bottle of Vanilla that my beer guy saved for me for 5 days. He's awesome and I try to hook him up with out of distro stuff every now and again.
3. My beer guy mentioned above had a little extra BCBS regular and just now sold it to me. If anyone missed out or doesn't want to chase, BM me.

I got three bottles thanks to a friend that traded his and his wife's bottles to me. I'm going to drink one soon, cellar one, and the third is going to @UcDru in a trade.
