Bummed I'm gonna miss this. I'm sure it will be gone long before christmas.

 

I will agree it is quite sweet. Had one can last night. Will let the other 3 age for a while to see what it becomes. This was better at WABF so maybe this batch just needs to age. Lots of good qualities to the beer that I hope get better with time.

 

I hear this has hit distro, so if you missed out at Vivant, expect to see it locally soon. It hit in Dearborn earlier this week and should hit other areas soon.

 

I'm hoping this hits the Chicago area - I'm really looking forward to this one...

Grabbed a 4-pack of this and the Tart Side of the Moon last Friday here in Clawson. Tried one of the Tart Side's, wasn't overly impressed and expected quite a bit more tartness out of it. Have yet to crack a WBG, but by the sounds of it, I might just wait for a year to see how it ages.

 

Anyone know if this is on shelves anywhere along 131 to Kzoo or on 69 south of Marshall? Mega Bev in Marshall and Super Liquor in Coldwater both shot me down. Wife is driving down right now, so I'm trying to find somewhere she can stop for this.

 

I know Drake Party Center in Kalamazoo had some. They are just off the Stadium Drive exit off of 131.

I got some Wizard Burial Ground yesterday at Rishi's International Beverage in GR. They are not really close to 131 but I did find it there yesterday at Noon. They had either 1.5 or 2.5 cases left at that time. It may be worth a call.

I got lucky and got there about an hour or two after their distributor dropped off that day's shipment. I was like a kid in a candy store.
