Any more Uncle Jacob???

I think you are right, I went to grab some for a trade and two stores I know had it sold out. Luckily I know an out of the way place but they only had three bottles left.

 

Found 4 bottles while I was out today. Now the count is me = 4 (added to my stash) and store = 0

 

Is this pretty much out of stock everywhere? My stash is running low and I'm kicking myself for not getting more when I had the chance. Looking to pick up 2-3 more bottles but all the usual suspects at the south end of town have been out of it for a bit now...

i had almost a case, i'm down to two...

 

I have a case. Put it in the back of the cellar behind some other beers thinking I would find something else to drink by the time I actually got to the UJ.

 

I bought a case at the release. After hooking up a friend and enjoying quite a few I'm down to 13 bottles in the cellar.

 

I have quite a few left as well. If it wasn't such an ass kicker I would have finished mine already As much as I'd like to hold on to a few to drink in the winter, I doubt they'll make it past summer.

 

If you're ever in Littleton, last time I was at Santa Fe Spirits (last Wednesday), they had a whole row of UJ in the cooler.

 

Just had my first UJ and it is damn good... But IMO this statement is utterly ridiculous. They aren't even in the same league. KBS is WAYYYYYY better, Sorry Homers!

 

seriously? the two KBS i picked up had a burned plastic after taste.

 

Bummer, the trade I just made (2UJ for 2KBS) is due to arrive today, lol. I hope it doesn't taste like burned plastic, that doesn't sound appealing at all.

 

I've never had any KBS that tasted like Burnt plastic. Its been excellent every time.. Don't get me wrong, UJ is very good, I was really impressed. I just prefer KBS overall.

 

The bottles I've had this year have zero burned plastic taste.

 

everyone's palate is different and more sensitive to certain flavors. KBS was on the way to being a favorite of mine untill the aftertaste settled in...
