    Reviews:

Style #99. Solid stuff. Good head retention from streaming carbonation, with some spotty lacing down the glass. Some noticeable balanced malt and earthy hop aromas at first, that turn very muted quickly. Hard to pull anything out even with the Pils glass. Taste of lemon, cracker, light bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Slight earthy bitterness on the finish. Well balanced malt/rice and earthy hop flavors. Flavor robustness is fine, not too watery considering the style ingredients. Minimal lingering flavors on the finish; quite dry and very clean. Very smooth and crisp mouthfeel. Overall I enjoyed it. Very pleasant. The aromas were really muted, but the flavors turned out well balanced and not all that bland. Tally up another rDev+ record for me :stuck_out_tongue:

This is a damn good IPA. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light caramel, bread and floral/grassy hop earthiness. Nice sized pine/grassy bitterness on the finish. Super bright and juicy hops with modest pale malt support in the back. No cloying bitterness surprisingly. Very smooth, crisp, and sticky hop finish. Super drinkable. WAY hoppppy. It's delicious. Going to go ahead and throw those 2 other bottles in the fridge. Might be able to grab some singles of this at my stores that break the cases down. And I will. Amarillo hops are a drug man.

Damn nice session saison! Nice prominent fruity/spicy aromas with a touch of funk and light pale malts. Taste of lemon, lime, orange peel, pear, pepper, wheat, cracker, bread, herbal, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice amount of earthy yeast spiciness on the finish. Great robustness and balance of pale malt, fruity/spicy yeast, and earthy hop flavors with the 4.4% ABV. A very smooth and crisp finish. Super drinkable as expected for the ABV. No complaints at all. Just a plain excellent and standard tasting saison.

Felt like some malts next. Very tasty Imperial Oktoberfest. Nice big malty aromas. Taste of big caramel, toast, toffee, biscuit, brown sugar, brown bread, nuttiness, and light herbal hops. Light herbal hop bitterness on the finish. Huge robust and nicely complex malt flavors; zero cloying sweetness. Very smooth, moderate creaminess. Very clean with zero fruitiness or yeast ester earthiness. No significant alcohol warming noticed for 9%. Very impressive. This is delicious.

The support means a lot to me. Especially from you guys here who don't even know me. I'm sure the long road of surgeries ahead will be spent with a few beers I'll be sharing here when I can.

I am a sucker for tradition and holidays. In keeping with my recurring theme, I will once again drink a Chimay Blue this Christmas and give thanks for the love of my family and friends. There is just something so classy about a Belgian beer brewed by monks. I will toast y'all too. Peace and Good will to each and every one of you and yours.

Long day, coached a wrestling tournament, then had a few beers with some old coworkers, New Belgian Accumulation, Victory Harvest, and Green Flash West Coast IPA. Now that I am home enjoy a home brewed IPA with warrior and citra, cheers!

Keep your head up brother. My son spent almost a month in the NICU and he's doing great now. My wife has been a NICU nurse in the highest level unit for over 5 plus years so I know the people caring for your child are top notch.

I liked The Fear. I see Double Dog, yet I don't purchase because I don't know the actual bottled date.
