For everyone living on the north side of Atlanta, this place is worth a visit. Good Chicago pizza and a great beer list. They almost 50 rotating taps. Right now they have Moohoochiato, FT WnB, and BCBS on tap among others.
There's also a brewpub in Cumming called Cherry Street Brewing Cooperative that has gotten outstanding reviews for their beers. Haven't made it over there yet, but it's only a matter of time. If you knew what Cumming was like just years ago, the recent developments are headspinning.
The guys that brew over at cherry st are great folks. I had a beer with them at the porter a couple years ago. The beers are pretty tasty!
Nick Tanner (Cherry Street) is a hell of a good brewer. Haven't had anything I didn't like from him. Surprised to see anything else craft focused in the area, this pizza place may need a visit.
Yea, I heard Cherry Street just bought the space next door to the restaurant they operate in, Rick Tanners, and are expanding the actual brewpub drinking area. I'll definitely be paying that place a visit soon. http://clatl.com/omnivore/archives/...et-brewing-celebrates-two-years-opens-taproom
