    Not usually in to beer pairings but this is a match made in heaven. Schneider Weisse Aventinus and some store bought stollen. (almost as good as my grandmom used to make). I've just recently really gotten in to German beers.

    Having this for the first time. A well made brew that is a little to much coffee up front and a little too bitter on the finish (IMO). I will let the other bottles sit a while thinking the coffee will mellow and the chocolate will become more pronounced. Overall, I enjoyed this but not as much as FBS.

    Keeping it moving along here. The barrel aging def smoothed out this bastard. Very nice. Teaching my 3 yr old daughter all the proper signals for officiating in the NFL. She likes what I tell her to like regardless of what mommy wants. Fuck Caillou...we love football. Cheers BAs.
