OP is not asking for what your dream beer is that's already made, he/she's asking for what dream beer you'd like to see made is.

Mine would be a huge imperial stout with Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee, Madagascar vanilla beans, Vermont maple syrup, and habaƱeros aged in four different barrels: apple brandy, bourbon, red wine, and Islay Scotch. This would be incredibly hard to balance and create a tasty beer out of, but I believe it could be done to perfection.

My dream beer WAS Barrel-Aged Hi-Fi Rye from Flossmoor Station. Unfortunately that beer was discontinued before I ever got to try it. Luckily my hometown boys Against the Grain made London Balling, a BA English Barleywine, that keeps my BABW cravings itched, even if it doesn't have the rye kick. Still a FANTASTIC beer.

Yup. Plus if your dream beer or something close has been brewed you can get pointed in the right direction

As far as a daily drinker Breakfast Stout or Edmund Fitzgerald. Then the best beer I've ever had that I can have a few times a year is BCBS Coffee. This years and last years have just been wow beers for me, I couldn't think up anything better

Tropical fruit and citrus pale ale. Nicely balanced, not too sweet, but still full of flavor; something I can drink all day.

A super juicy IPA. Think thick, syrupy, but not sweet. Aroma of every fruit imaginable. Finishing in the citrus range. Think Heady on steroids.
