    The taste won't change. Especially due to the water. As with any brewing company that opens a new plant or operates multiple plants, Surly will adjust the water so that it will have the same chemical composition as the water they are currently using.

    Things always change when breweries grow the size of Summit. It will never have the romance of being small ever again.

    I remember people saying EPA was different when Summit opened their new plant. I also remember thinking those people were nuts. People will say the same thing about Surly and I will chuckle.

    When Bell's changed to their current facility the distributing company I worked for could see the differences. Many times the kinks get worked out within a week maybe two or the next batch. It does happen.
