My wife enjoys going there a lot more than another industrial park.

I wonder if that's official, or just something else that they "imagine" or "hope" or "expect" to get done at the Source

    Too soon?

Got a case and a taste last night. It's fantastic. 5%, super crooshable. Much less acidic than Brett d'or (which is one of my favorite cs beers). I may go get more ...

Does anybody know what time the release starts December 10th?

Great description. They should use this as the base for their fruit sours.

the Surette Reserva Cassis--is this available anywhere but the brewery? Did it already sell out at the original release event at the brewery? Given those bottle limits, it seems likely...my stepdaughter and her boyfriend in NY are coming in and would like some. (I already got them 2 bottles of Flor d'Lees)

EDIT: I should've just called. If anyone else is interested in this burning question, yes they've got plenty of it left and as a matter of fact they're also tapping a keg of it at 6PM tonight, Tuesday 12/16/14

Any thoughts on the cassis and motif? Santa Claus said he would bring me some of each. Trying to figure out how Christmas is looking.

Surette reserva is so damn good, the Chardonnay barrel version is the bees knees from what I heard. Black currants just sounded like they would work so well in that beer.

Had those two and Flor d'lees last night at the source. I'm going to go ahead and say that these are some of my favorite CS beers in a while...reserves included. Interested to see how quickly they dry out, but I'm sure I'll drink them all before they do.

Cassis is amazing. I want more. Not a lot of people crazy about Flor d'lees but I love it. Super bubbly gueuzey type goodness. You can tell it's young but will do very well over time. Funny how Flor d'lees has its own unique label.

Grabbed some "Batch 60" last night and got around to tasting Petite Pomegranate, Cassis, and Motif. All different in their own right, but all phenomenal. I would have to rank them Cassis (wow), Motif (surprised by this one), and Pomegranate (great fruit flavor), but wow you cannot go wrong with any of them.

I thought cassis was very sweet still. Should age beautifully as those residuals get eaten up.

Who doesn't like flor?! That beer is stupendous.

Flor d'Lees says batch 1 on it as well, so probably more coming and hopefully more fruited Surette

Motif Reserva (Sherry barrels) I found pretty interesting too, like a milder version of NoB
