    What if you were in a horrific accident and were left Beer-iplegic?

    For me, living in a mixed weather area, I would choose RIS and IPA or APA since the style is vague enough to encompass beers I would consider IPAs.

    I'll tweak this answer and say barrel aged and not barrel aged.

    Yeah, well, maybe that's because you're one of these old dudes :wink: who was drinking beer in the 1960's and 1970's when we were all afraid that we'd be drinking only 2 styles forever (scarier still- the two styles were adjunct light lager and even lighter light beer).

    I don't get playing these "What if', '"Pick your five favorite" or '"desert island beer" forum games - we came too close to it being a reality.

    Yeah, I was living in California from 1973-1980 and thank goodness New Albion came along and I discovered Anchor. (I drank a lot of imports during that time but I wanted good American beers that didn't all taste the same, dammit, and that WAS scary)
