Alcohol taste evident late

    I sometimes noticed what seemed to be a sharper alcohol bite immediately after force carbing...especially when I forced carbed at a higher PSI to speed things up. But it's not from the alcohol, it's from the carbonation. I think I've heard it called a "carbonic bite". It would always go away in time.

    There might be something to this, definitely pertains to my process for this beer and it has faded.
