I like beer, but enjoying this as I get my house ready for tonight. It's just a taste.

 

So I walk in the bathroom and all 5 stalls open, success! I take the middle one, because anyone with a sense of etiquette will take the outlying stalls. NOPE! Two people come in and surround me! srs?

 

gotta love it. then it all gets awkward silent until one of you finally lets it just rip! then its rush to clean up and get out of there either first or last so nobody can talk about how you just ripped it up

 

hahahahahaha, i never know how to put this awkward "encounter" into words. thank you.

I would have gone for an end unit--only 25% chance of an unwanted neighbor vs 50% with the middle.

Yes....same here. Like @mkhartnett , but throw in a 2+ hour drive to the in-laws before church. With no brewery of interest on the way (perhaps I can convince the wife that a pit stop at Mayflower Brew Co is worth it for sake of mental health).

 

What the f**k is wrong with people? In that scenario, I would have taken an edge stall (the one next to the wall, not next to the urinals). Can't trust people to do the right thing these days....unless it's the SWTFYW crew.

No doubt, but also readily available in the Boston area.

Wish Mayflower would explore the prospect of brewery-only releases. Could ride the current wave of craft brew hype with a move like that (of course, assuming they were in it for more than the love of beer).

 

F that. I would have went middle and left the stall door open. Just so I can greet people as they enter the bathroom.

 

This reminds me of the terrifying bathroom visit to my local K-Mart as a kid, where I had to sit, but K-Mart had pulled the doors off the stalls, because.....ya know, shoplifting & stuff.

I had an enjoyable experience using that stall, which is the handicap stall. Got to listen to the one guy with a walker struggle to get into a regula stall, felt like a piece of what I left behind.
